Its very important that a dog whether puppy or adult , while feeding a good precaution be taken that the food should not be gulped or be eaten fast which at times may lead to food particles going inside pulmonary channel which may cause severe lungs infection .

It is advisable that a spiral food bowl be used to prevent the dog from eating fast and only he or she can only suck few kibbles from this type of bowl
